shipping & Returns
Hudson Paperie will ship all personalized orders within 10 - 20 business days of receipt of an order assuming all items are in stock NOT including time in transit. On rare occasions, items may be oversold or backordered. We will contact you if any of your items are unable to ship for any reason or in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order.
Hudson Paperie ships all orders via UPS Monday through Friday. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. Hudson Paperie cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit/shipping (barring any error to the shipping address entered on the part of Hudson Paperie).
A confirmation email will be sent with the details of the order and tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

If you selected studio pick up at checkout, you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for curbside pickup. After we’ve emailed you, you can come pick up your order at our Hoboken studio located at 252 1st Street, Hoboken, NJ on the days and times listed below:
Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, items purchased on HudsonPaperie.com are not eligible for return or exchange.
